About GAWI & Mission Statement
Minister Andreya M Black, is the founder and Director of G.A.W.I., The professional Russian trained  film & stage Actress, International Singer and Choreographer has launched a Global Arts Academy to serve the Kingdom of God.  She visits various congregations and communities worldwide providing an excellent series of training and coaching programs conducted in Worship Arts. Our aim is to form a liaison with congregations and organizations to develop Worship Art Departments as well as the gifts within. Our goal is to pass down what we have learned to empower those gifted in the arts.  Our mission is to bring effective and powerful worship training to develop the gift of the anointed.. This not only inspires ones growth, but has a powerful affect on accomplishing the great commission. One of our keys is coaching and inspiring one to listen the Holy Spirit.  Our leadership training empowers one to excel to higher heights and deeper depths both artistically and spiritually.  Embracing and celebrating individuals is key. We encourage excellence in individuals and discourage mediocrity, competition or comparisons.  Our teachings are based on integrity, the holy scriptures, personal, professional and ministerial experience, and yes with great fun.
What We Do
We integrate this training with biblical studies and a focus on topics: Purpose, The Levitical Priesthood, Stewardship, Purity and Etiquette, Protocol, and Spiritual Maturity. "We see trained doctors, lawyers, chaplains, secretaries, psychologist,, pastoral caretakers, etc… in the kingdom of God, however we need more anointed and skilled, singers musicians, actors, dancers, sound persons, ….who possess a life of living in the presence of God.. The anointing is key, but we coach and train the individuals to rise to a higher level of leadership and own the responsibility of disciplining themselves and their gift.  We expect to see more victorious young leaders walking in the power of God and the in the prophetic arts. Worhsip Arts is a powerful ministry and one that requires adequate training and proper coaching.  We develop praise and worship leaders & teams, psalmist, dancers and coaching in prophetic areas of: dance choreography, music, song, and training in the dramatic arts and for the instrumentalist.
